VPS TV is a collaboration of Vineland High School students, adult staff, and college students, supervised by F. John Sbrana, the school district's communications coordinator.

The school district shares time on Channel 9 with the City of Vineland and Cumberland County College, Sbrana said.

In 2008-2009, VPS Broadcasting created nearly 300 hours of live-to-tape programming on a wide variety of subjects.

The first broadcast of the 2009-2010 school year featured an interview with Vineland High School football coach Ed Belfi.

On Channel 9 tonight, check out Wednesday's Vineland Board of Education meeting at 7 p.m.

“It's Showtime at D'Ippolito,” a staff welcome and award ceremony, videotaped on Thursday will air Friday at 7 p.m. A repeat airing of Vineland City Council airs at 9 p.m. Friday.

And see VHS football's first game of the year at 6 p.m. Saturday on Channel 9. The city's home team played Mainland away on Friday.
